DISCLAIMER
Thank you for considering a purchase from karmasoul! We are truly delighted to have you as a potential brand ambassador!
As we are still a growing company, it’s important to note that we operate utilizing the print-on-demand model, meaning we do not maintain an inventory for the vast majority of our products. When you place an order, the stock item, specific to your selected color and size, is pulled from the shelf by our print provider, the karmasoul design is applied, and the finished product is shipped directly to you. The items may not be custom in the traditional sense, but they are indeed made just for you! And for that reason, we want to do everything we can to avoid returns. Once the product has been made specifically for you, and you elect to return it, we simply can’t sell the item to anyone else – we just don’t have the means to do so.
Before making any purchase, we highly encourage you to visit our Sizing Chart [LINK TO SIZING CHART] to ensure you are ordering the correct size. And if perhaps you receive your order and it doesn’t fit perfectly, before requesting a return, we kindly ask that you strongly consider passing along the item to a friend or family member who may need or want it. After all, that is the karmasoul way!
All that said, we want you to feel as good about wearing our product as we were to make it. And so, in the event you absolutely must return your item, we have a way to do that too. If you are unhappy with your item for any reason, please contact us with a return inquiry at support@karmasoul.com.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We have a 15-day notification policy and a 30-day return policy. This means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return and 30 days after receiving your item to return it.
Due to the operating model described above, we unfortunately cannot offer direct refunds. However, if you would like to return your item, you may do so for store credit, minus a restocking fee equal to 25% of the original purchase price. Additionally, you will be responsible for the return shipping fee at the carrier’s rate.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@karmasoul.com. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If your return request is accepted, you will be provided with instructions on how and where to send your package. You will be responsible for all associated shipping costs. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to verify receipt. If the item is in acceptable condition, you will then be provided with store credit.

For any return, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee the delivery of your returned item.
Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
EXCHANGES
At this time, we do not offer exchanges for the purpose of changing sizes or even colors of your previously purchased item. The fastest way to ensure you get the exact item you want is to request a refund, return your current item, and once the return is accepted, use your store credit to make a separate purchase for the new item.
We cannot accept returns if it is determined that you engaged in a practice known as bracketing, by ordering multiple sizes of the same product, with the intent to return those items that did not fit. Any associated return request will not be honored. Please ensure you are referencing the Sizing Chart [LINK TO SIZING CHART] prior to every purpose.
We do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse.
EXCEPTION: NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items, like custom products, cannot be returned. Please contact us at support@karmasoul.com if you are unsure about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
EXCEPTION: DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
All items are non-refundable unless damaged, defective or you are in receipt of the wrong item. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item(s) you purchased are damaged or defective so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Any claims for damaged or defective items will require photographic documentation and must be submitted within 15 days after the product has been received. If a claim is deemed an error on our part, you will have the option to return your original item and receive a replacement item or request an outright refund. Either option will be covered at our expense.
Please note the return procedures for such items will be handled separately, with defective items being returned direct to our supplier. Please DO NOT send the defective products to the address listed above, but instead send to:

If you elect a refund in lieu of a replacement item, be advised it may take up to ten business days for your refund to post to your original payment method. Please allow sufficient time for processing before contacting your credit card company or bank. If you have done this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@karmasoul.com.
EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD
Notification for European Union consumers: Products shipped into the European Union, under the print-on-demand model do not qualify for the European Union Cooling Off Period.
According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:
- the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized;
- sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons,
therefore karmasoul reserves rights to refuse returns originating from the EU at its sole discretion.
You still have an opportunity to return your goods, but as above, your item will be considered for store credit only if it is received in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
