Shipping policy

As a convenience to our customers, we pick up the tab on all shipping costs for any initial purchases.  Beyond the initial purchase however, most other shipping costs will need to be covered by you.  And as most karmasoul products are made to order, please allow 3-7 days for production, and depending on your location, 3-4 days for delivery.  Every item shipped from any of our various production facilities will offer a tracking number so you will be able to track your order from the moment it leaves our facility until the moment it arrives at the destination address you provided. 

WRONG ADDRESS AND UNCLAIMED ITEMS

Items that are marked as return to sender due to insufficient address information or that are marked as unclaimed at the delivery destination, such as the case of PO Box locations or signature requirement situations, will be returned to the distribution center at which they originated.  When this occurs, we will contact you immediately to verify the correct address and/or to confirm delivery instructions.  You will be liable for any associated reshipment costs for any unclaimed items and/or if it is determined that the address error was of your doing.  Refunds and store credit cannot be offered in these situations.  Further, our print facility will only hold the returned items for 30 days at no cost.  If after 30 days the items remain unclaimed, they will be donated to charity and you will not be eligible for a refund or store credit.

LOST IN TRANSIT

If the shipment’s estimated delivery date has passed (by a reasonable time period), but you have not yet received your package, your shipment may be lost in transit.  We recommend you reach out to your local post office or your specified mail carrier.  If still unresolved, please contact us at support@karmasoul.com.  If it is determined that your address was correctly provided and we are notified within 30 days of the original estimated delivery date, we typically cover the cost of reshipping or refunding the order.

MARKED AS DELIVERED

If the shipment’s tracking status indicates that your item was delivered, but you have not yet received your package, we highly encourage you to first check with your neighbors, your local post office or your specified mail carrier.  Please note, that in this instance, we typically don’t cover the cost of reshipping or refunding the order.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE

RETURNS
